|Recommended: YesConvenient — Overall, I have had a pretty decent experience. The grounds are very well kept. Maintenance requests that I have had were handle promptly within a 24-48 hour window. The area I am in is very quiet, not a lot of kids. I live near the pool tennis area so I am not sure how it will be come summer but for now pretty good. Perfect amount of space for me. Convenient to the interstate, restaurants and shopping.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartments to stay — Culpeper Farms is one of the best Apartment if you want to go for the lease for more than a year. One of the best and clean neighborhood I have stayed so far. Maintenance Response is quick and very good service.

Grounds could take a little better care of the steps to the apartments Spider Webs, Leaves . Staff is very nice always greets you with a smile, I never have an issue with parking. This is my first apartment and I think I chose a great community.

|Recommended: YesA great complex to live in — I have lived here since September and love it so far. There are some small things like being able to here the people above me walking around all the time and if I get home around 9 30 10 there aren't any spaces open for me right in front of my building but parking is first come first serve so I can't complain The office management is wonderful. Any question I have ever had they have always answered it right away. The maintence is also wonderful. They are so friendly and always get the work order done quickly.
