|Recommended: YesGood community and worth the price — really good community with courteous staff and on prompt maintenance folks. I have submitted request via phone and through website and the response has always been great office staff and maintenance personnel . the apartment has a lot of storage space and the community has a lot of ammenities including pool, grill, etc. the only problem i have had is with the sound - 1 i can hear my neighbours from my living room 2 since i am in the first floor, a lot of running the second floor does sometimes give me a headache.
Overall I would recommend this place to others and is worth the price very competitive for the area

|Recommended: YesAmong the many rental options in the area, Culpeper is the best — I am in my third year of renting at Culpeper and I have absolutely no complaints. The management staff and maintenance persons are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. the new property manager is the right person for the job and she seeks to improve the residential experience consistently. I look forward to continued peaceful living here at Culpeper Farms and highly recommend it to others.
